Introduction	I represented India in swimming at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. I first swam for the Indian Senior team at the 1993 Dhaka SAF Games when I was just 14 (the youngest participant at the Games). I was the National Champion in the 200m Freestyle for 5 consecutive years and held the National Record (aka Best Indian Performance); SAF Games Record in this event for 6 and 7 years respectively. I have received numerous awards for my achievements in the pool. I completed my B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bangalore and worked with TCS for 5 years. I am currently the Founder and Principal Consultant of Winning Matters Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (www.winningmatters.in), which is a boutique Management Consulting Strategic Advisory firm focused on enabling organizations make smarter decisions on engaging with Indian sporting assets and enabling sporting assets to get sustained winning performances. I was also the Founder of GoSports India Pvt. Ltd. (2006-2010) & Founder Trustee of GoSports Foundation (2008-2011) -www.gosports.in.
