| Introduction | Hi, my name is Sondra aka Kitty and I'm the Textile Artist behind SewYou.net! Before anything else, let's address the elephant in the room; Yes! I am also the owner of the KittySpeaks brand. Mostly, I'm just a creative at heart and enjoy doing anything that involves creating something where once there was nothing. I actually currently own 3 different companies. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and have tried to instill that drive into my children as well. I believe it to be an absolute that the only way to be paid what you are worth is to be a business owner. No J.O.B. will ever truly pay you what You feel your time is worth. There is value in working a job, I don't dispute that; but don't ever give up your dream to follow your heart to where ever it leads. I love learning and creating, and sewing has always fascinated me. I didn't get to indulge my curiosity for sewing until after my 4th child was born and I bought my own sewing machine and taught myself the skill. After that, I was able to indulge to my heart's content and this business was born in 2001. |

What did you dream when you ate a spider while sleeping?
While hopefully I've never eaten a spider while sleeping. That's a perfectly dreadful notion. We've all eaten tons of bugs in our lifetime but no one ever really wants to stop and really contemplate it and I certainly don't want to contemplate this question either...NEXT! Lol
