Introduction Cooking for a Crowd is a West London caterer offering a bespoke service to both private and corporate clients. With a passion for cooking, and a love food and ingredients, we are creating a name for ourselves. For over 20 years I worked as a restaurant manager, returning to the kitchen eight years ago and now running my own business called Cooking for a Crowd. www.cooking4acrowd.co.uk. My Welsh heritage is important to me and has given me a love of the outdoors. I have a large vegetable plot at my mum’s house just outside Welshpool, and although I will never get a grip on the weeds, I still manage to produce some pretty tasty vegetables. Welsh produce is some of the best and I use many of my own vegetables in my dishes, eggs from our Welsh neighbour and flour from the Bacheldry Mill. I use the artisan beers from Montys in Montgomery for my beef and ale recipe.
