| Introduction | I am Troy Zohner AKA Tomcat. I enjoy hiking/ backpacking, cycling, kayaking, and both downhill and cross country skiing. I created this website to share my adventures with other like minded people and to serve as a personal journal of my trips. After growing up in Pennsylvania, I have lived in a handful states with good outdoor recreation. I spent about 8 years in Maine, 5 years in the Colorado Rockies, another 5 in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, and now the Mountain State- West Virginia. The blog is called Tomcat's Outdoor Adventures because my trail name on the Appalachian Trail was Tomcat. I Hope you enjoy the stories of my trips and maybe find inspiration and useful information. |
