Introduction	Hello and welcome all who happen to stumble upon, or maybe DASH to, this blog especially dedicated to giving and receiving G.I.F.T.s, aka "Great Ideas for Teachers." As a high school health and physical education teacher, I have been so grateful to all those teachers, colleagues, mentors, or even strangers who gave me "AHA" moments that have helped to shape me into a better teacher. I think it would be safe to bet that you don't teach because of the money that it makes you, but rather for the differences that YOU can make for others. So while you're here, the instructions are to BEG, BORROW, STEAL, GIVE, and RECEIVE, and use these G.I.F.T.s to continue teaching in quality and memorable ways that can touch lives for a lifetime!
