Introduction	Well, hello! Welcome! My name is Jaylyn. I have recently been transplated from Washington State to upstate NY with my husband Rob, baby Levon, and the NALA MONSTER (dog)! As a new stay at home mom, I've been trying to keep busy by taking care of my awesome baby boy, cooking (and eating!) the best vegan food I can manage, escaping to the coffee shop as often as possible (I can't begin to tell you how much I miss Seattle...), shopping, and now blogging. I'm trying to find the way to live life to the fullest while staying reasonable and responsible. There is a balance, I just need to find it.
