Introduction	Lambchops is a term of endearment given to me by my dearly beloved and is also used by those who know me well. As a coincidence my dearly beloved is a prime lamb producer so we live on a steady diet of lamb chops (and roasts and shanks and casseroles). We live on a farm in Western Victoria in a lovely old house with a large garden. There is never a dull moment. We have two intriguing children and two Foxy/Jack Russells who sleep more than chase rabbits and possums. I am a food tragic and an obsessive collector of recipes. I cook all the time and am often asked for recipes and the purpose of this blog is to share some of my cooking and gardening adventures. I hope you learn something useful and I would love your feedback. PS. I am a terrible photographer. This is not a food stylist's blog. It is just about good country cooking.
