Introduction | I'm one of the pastors of a 500-member PC(USA) congregation in south Nashville, located (geographically and theologically) between Vanderbilt Divinity School and David Lipscomb University (Church of Christ). A native of Mississippi, I spent 28 years in California before returning to the South a couple of years ago. I'm still learning how not to sound like a "damn yankee." |
Interests | rock and roll, postmodern means for bridging the chasm between liberal and conservative Christians, mentoring younger pastors, playing with my cocker spaniels |
