| Introduction | I found the answer to my problems in Bowen Technique and a few months later I was in a Bowen class learning this wonderful therapy which stopped my back hurting. It is almost 13 years since I started learning about the human body. I love working with people and helping relieve their pain and discomfort. I am also fascinated because in the therapy room no two people are the same. I have another major area of interest which is Capoeira, a Brazilian non-contact martial art. I have played this for 10 years and worked on many Capoeira festivals. I got to know about injuries from heavy training and martial arts. From this experience I have perfected my treatments for physically very active people. Over the years I have been lucky enough to help runners in the London & New York marathons, and I like hearing back from them how well they have done and how they have recovered after the race. I love what I do, I love being able to make a difference to peoples mobility and wellbeing. |
