Introduction	My name is Tessa and I started teaching aerobics and studying fitness in 1994 and I have been a part of the wellness community ever since. I have taught wellness classes all over the United States. Today, I am a mother of two boys and my goals are to continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay active! I have participated and competed in several running events and obstacle course type races! I love the adrenaline rush from the events and I AIM TO PUSH MY THRESHOLD! Recently, I have learned about and researched the "Vegan Lifestyle" and I have decided to take on this journey to healthier living.
Interests	I enjoy exercise, it helps me EXHALE and if I feel stressed I have to MOVE! I also enjoy helping others MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. It's important people! Love your body!!
