Introduction Scott Anderson is the Director of Blue Mounds Dharma Center and Mound Street Yoga Center in Madison, Wisconsin. He has practiced yoga and meditation since 1982 and is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over 25 years teaching experience. Having studied physics and biomechanics, one of his defining qualities is a deep knowledge of anatomy and how the body's systems work together, coupled with a grounded, creative and fun teaching presence. Among the teachers he's found inspiring are Mingyur Rinpoche, BKS Iyengar, Dona Holleman, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Richard Freeman, and Roger Eischens.
