| Introduction | I am Thamanna, hail from Kannur, Kerala and live in Bangalore with my husband Alex and son Rylan. Being a Malayalee, many of my recipes are Kerala based. I can say Malabar and Syrian Malabar style food. I love cooking with chicken and you can expect many chicken dishes. The recipes I post are from family, few from TV shows, some from renowned chefs and few just from me (My Specials). I can never be a full time blogger but I will try my best to post at least one or two dishes a week. All posted recipes have been tested and tasted by my family and friends. Don't worry guys, go on and try them. I have tried to provide correct measurements. However, please adjust the measurements according to your taste buds.
