Introduction Hi! I'm Sarah Austin, an instructor at Ozarks Technical Community College where I currently teach freshman composition in the English department. I also teach the sophomore seminar Emerging Technologies. In 2005 and 2007, I received bachelor's and master's degrees in professional writing from Missouri State University. I also taught professional writing in the English department at MSU for two years. I'm originally from Clinton, Missouri, but I moved to Springfield to attend college, and now call the Ozarks home. My husband Chris and I are devoted to our church, our families (nine nieces and nephews!) and friends, and our two cats Ravi and Mowgli. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy running, blogging, crocheting, and reading. My favorite foods are pizza, sushi, and chocolate (hence the running), and my least favorite household chore is mopping.
