| Introduction | I am a 19 year old BA Hons student, studying Theatre and Performance Design (TPD) at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA). I am a creative person - I love many things in this World but mostly art, design, theatre and music. Being Home Educated for 5 years gave me space to develop my passions and interests in my own time and in my own way. After deciding I wanted to further study Art and Design, I took Art and Design Foundation at Coleg SIr Gar in Carmarthen. It was at this time that I realised I could bring my passions together and design for theatre as a career. Passing my Foundation in 2012, I got a place at Uni where I now study. Im really enjoying my time here! In this blog I want to show you what life is like at LIPA (for a design student) by documenting everything I do through my studies! I hope to keep it updated regularly and it will include almost everything that comes with Uni life, so dont expect it to be beautifully written or well edited, its just a rough and ready archive for me to look back on and for you to enjoy if you so wish! I warn you though - Its a crazy life! |
