| Introduction | Hello there! We are the Gourmet Girls, a group of eight ladies who, since 1988, have been getting together monthly to cook a yummy gourmet meal. Because the "Gourmet Club" will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year, this is the perfect time for us to venture out onto the world wide web! Dishing Now! is our virtual scrapbook, where we'll share recipes for some of our favorite tasty recipes, both from our best club menus as well as from any especially delicious meals we have recently cooked for our families and other friends. As its collection of the Gourmet Girls' tried-and-true recipes grows, we hope that Dishing Now! will serve not only as our scrapbook, but as a place where anyone can find recipes for making crazy good dishes. If you are a food lover who happens to stumble upon our little piece of cyberspace, welcome! We hope you'll find just what you are looking for, and we welcome your input.
