| Introduction | I am a fat man living in paradise. I was born fat and have been fighting my weight my entire life. In 1996 I measured, 187cn/6'2" and weighed 353lb/160.5kg.; the heaviest I have ever been. Being obese led me to have an epiphany regarding my personal health and fitness consequently I made the decision to change my play ground and playmates. I left America on a one way ticket to south east Asia and I have been living on islands with white sand beaches and cool sea breezes for the last 15 yrs. Today I weigh 97kg/213lb. I am a student in the process of learning to manage my weight and be healthy. Through trial and error I have learned and designed fitness and diet programs to help me manage my overall health. I am a Fat man living in my paradise. This blog is to share what I have learned about weight control and personal fitness. |
