| Introduction | I am recent graduate of ITT Technical Institute, who is excited by the idea of utilizing my skills in computer networking and engineering. I enjoy the challenge and excitement involved in troubleshooting and working with computers, and I am excited to put these skills into practice. As you will see in my resume, I can understand and work with Windows and Linux workstations and servers. I have worked in help desk support, and am very skilled with installations and tourbleshooting. As I am currently expanding my abilities, I will be learning during the year and will be graduating towards the beginning of the year 2012. I have worked with circuits and computers, and as my resume reflects, have excellent customer service skills. My leadership abilities are proven, as well as my ability to work within a team.
