Introduction Ailsa was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but grew up in High River, Alberta. After high school she studied geography at the University of Calgary and archival studies at the University of British Columbia. After two terms of service at the Baha'i World Centre in Haifa, Israel (separated by studies and working at the Baha'i National Centre in Toronto), she met Dale and they married in 2004. Now living in rural Saskatchewan where Dale is farming land settled by his great-grandfather, they have welcomed two beautiful daughters, in 2006 and 2011. Ailsa still works distance/part-time for the Baha'i National Centre but is also doing some work for the museum in Esterhazy. She presently also serves as an executive member of the Saskatchewan Council of Archives and Archivists.
