| Introduction | I have over twenty years’ experience in the IT industry, with a broad spectrum of skills centred around user and application virtualization, profile management, application delivery platforms, Wintel server systems, supporting virtualisation technologies, and monitoring systems. To my long-standing grounding in Windows Server technologies and server hardware, I have added specialist skills in Citrix solutions and thin clients, AppSense, Active Directory and Group Policy, System Center Operations Manager and Service Manager, and VMWare/Xen. I first worked with AppSense in 2005, got heavily into it in 2008, and I've been trying to stay with it ever since.
