| Introduction | I am jovial, yet serious; sociable yet, reserved; spiritual but not religious; philosophical yet, practical; modern with traditional values; rational and secular by nature; outspoken and outgoing. I do not follow any caste, creed, god, religion per se. I oppose all social evils prevailing in our society like corruption, dowry, etc. Hence, my firm stand is to go for a simple marriage. To involve myself in social activism in future and to live a simple but meaningful life is my dream. I love excitement, new situations, adventure and the unusual. I can be independent; but people say I have the intelligence and the full capability within but I would rather co-exist/depend on others. I am a bit lazy and procrastinating in nature. Deep inside, I am very insecure and suffer from a lack of self confidence; I am always in search for someone/something to complete myself. I always want to make things right and have balance and harmony in life, my surroundings and the lives of the people close to me. To put myself in a nutshell, I care for humanitarian values than materialistic values. |
| Interests | Being a Postgraduate in English Literature my occupation and major preoccupation has been reading and writing. I am an avid reader of both fiction and non fiction. I love Kannada language, literature and culture. Translating between Kannada and English gives me a kind of pleasure. I used to blog a lot earlier(in Kannada) which has seen some hiccups in the recent times; I wish to rejuvenate it this year. I am developing myself as a tech savvy these days. My recent interest has been going a long ride with friends. I love traveling alone and with loved ones as well. I love singing and I am also interested in acting and mime. |
