About me

Introduction My first ceramics studio was under a screened tent next to my home (also referred to as a van). My tiny kiln fired four tiles at a time, but I was hooked. I can't imagine a better place to get the creative juices flowing than amidst the cliffs and canyons of southern Utah. Many interesting moves (and studios) later, I set up my studio on a tiny island in North Carolina. Though the landscapes I've created in are vastly different, the inspiration has always been abundant.
