| Introduction | As a little girl I loved visiting museums, but never thought about working at one. After University, a friend roped me into volunteering for a special event at a local heritage site and I fell in love - with interpretation that is. I have continued to work in education and programming at various heritage sites and museums for over a decade. As the Program Developer at the Royal BC Museum, I love to see visitors having fun while learning and using the interactives I helped to create. In my blog I will share my ideas for creating better visitor experiences and some of the challenges that I have faced. I look forward to our conversations. |
