| Introduction | Hi Im a doctor on a sabbatical. It was a forced sabbatical of sorts but I decided to use it to sort out my kitchen woes. On the way Ive discovered lots of shortcut recipes that taste just as good as the original recipes, but involve much less hard work, use ingredients that are always available and do not create a big mess.Im on a mission now to share these recipes with all those who do not have the luxury of taking sabbaticals but want shortcuts to good food without fuss |
