Host Marty Gold has an extensive background as a community activist, live entertainment producer and host, and as a sports and legislature reporter, writer, and consultant. Included in his coverage have been the governing NDP Election finance fraud of 1999, the Parking Authority, WRHA, the pet projects of millionaires like Upper Fort Garry, "bike lanes", and the Winnipeg Free Press. After hosting a talk show with CFRW in 1999, Marty commuted between Vancouver and Los Angeles for 3 years marketing Frozen Pond Productions film projects at gatherings such as the Sundance Film Festival. Marty's company wrote a Workplace Safety and Health study for the Manitoba government in 2004 and has appeared on CBC-TV's Dragons Den and The National. |
