Introduction	Howdy fokes, I'm raising this blog both as an insentive to me to keep the training up and to examine my results critically but also because i hope to facilitate some discussion about my training techniques and possible ways to improve and get faster. I'm paddling a K1 Cleaver X Millennium and going for a Jantex Paddle. The boat weights 11.2kg has a carbon fiber hull and fiberglass deck.
