| Introduction | Mrs. France is an expert on the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), foreign disclosure processes, compliance requirements, and related security procedures in the areas of the export licenses, and other foreign disclosure actions. She is a graduate of Lambuth University whose career began as an Export Documentation clerk for the Customs Brokerage firm, V. Alexander & Co., Inc. She went on to work for Expeditors International of Washington, and maintained a U.S. Customs Broker’s License from 2003 - 2012. Since 2005, Mrs. France has worked for Technology Security Associates, Inc. and supports the Department of Navy as an International Trade Specialist for numerous programs. Mrs. France’s technical expertise involves comprehensive International Programs Security support, including international cooperative programs, foreign disclosures, foreign visits, foreign exchange programs, Personnel Exchange Program, Foreign Liaison Officers, Cooperative Program Personnel, Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letters, DoN foreign policy support and security-related program acquisition documentation and she provides training in all of these areas. |
