Introduction	Jann is passionate about helping motivated career professionals find their career mojo. Encountering a number of highly talented people, who were feeling unfulfilled in their work lives, in 1998 Jann stepped out of her corporate role in Organisational Development and launched de novo, with the mission to inspire others to be the best they can be (and to keep growing). Jann has a reputation for being a forward thinker, and she is always practical, identifying the barriers that are holding people back and giving them the tools and confidence to achieve their career goals. She willingly shares her knowledge, life experiences and network to benefit others. She is a firm believer that networking is all about sharing. This is demonstrated by the number of coffee chats Jann fits into her busy week with people within her network. Jann loves one-on-one coaching and is also adept working with groups in the role of facilitator or trainer.
