| Introduction | First of all, I am a Realtor associated with Windermere Professional Partners in University Place, Washington. In that capacity I am a managing broker. I am also licensed as a Washington State Certified Appraiser. Although I work under my broker's license, I will continue to maintain my appraiser's certification. And finally, I'm a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Communications, Journalism. I believe these qualifications allow me the opportunity to provide you with up-to-date information regarding real estate sales in and throughout Pierce and south King County in Washington State. Last spring I received the Spirit Award from the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors (TPCAR). The award acknowledged the work I had done outside of a transaction wherein I assisted a former client with editing letters so that his credit could be restored. Working together, he was successful. I have also been very active in communicating with legislatures and regulators concerning discrepancies in the manner in which HUD transaction, including short sales, are processed. This past fall, I was elected a board member of TPCAR for the 2011 year. |
