Introduction ARTIST STATEMENT:          As might be suggest by my use of the term 'fantasy art,' my work is reliant on the realm of the imagination. Fantasy art to me is the altered side of what is real. My work tends to focus on intense moments in life. Unfortunate evens can have a catastrophic result, and creating artwork helps me capture that moment. I usually work in different mediums that are appropriate to the message that i am trying to convey. One of the many mediums that I use is pencil, ink, oils, metal, acrylics, blood and black and white photography to recreate a dream or vision that is in my mind.  Within the last year I have lost all color vision in my left eye. It has made it difficult to paint in color. Therefore I have started a series of black and white pieces that reflect the vision in my left eye. Someone once told me it is my creative eye. These pieces are dedicated to the idea that life is precious and every intense moment must be savored. Thus my work is mediated by the personal interactions between emotions, and what is real and imagined. My work has become my way of emotional and artistic expression.
Interests I like to paint, draw, make jewelry, sew, play with my little kitties, and continue on precieving the world with an imganiators eye.
