Introduction Doctor in Anthropology, Goldsmiths, University of London Visiting Tutor, Anthropology, Goldsmiths, University of London (course: Economic and Political Anthropology) This is a commentary and opinion blog of published non peer-reviewed articles, as well of unpublished pieces, on issues related to my ethnographic research in Sicily and ongoing interests in cooperativism, the moral economy and solidary economic institutions. It started in 2007, went invisible for long and now it submerges, in the hope of a tiny prompting into an attempt for 'public Anthropology' - i.e. taking the subdisciplines of economic and political anthropology into the public sphere (or at least a minute digital fragment of it).
Interests social anthropology history law Sicily and Italy Greece and Cyprus the Greek crisis as 'total fact' economic and political institutions theories of value the Human Economy
