| Introduction | 1200 characters is hardly enough space for a overly verbose person to introduce herself! More about me will be on my first blog. As far as explaining the nature of this blog's title and if you are wondering what hair and Boise have in common, they can both be found in Erma Bombeck's book, "I want to grow hair, I want to grow up, and I want to go to Boise." It was my favorite cancer book - an informative mix of sentimental and humorous stories relating to childhood cancer. That was then, but now...I am a 25 year survivor of leukemia, wife, and mother of three children I "wouldn't be able to have!" |
