| Introduction | Well this is going to be my attempt to post an Oil Painting a Day. I will be posting these paintings for sale on my website, www.arthursilk.com or Ebay. A wonderful artist friend of mine told me that to become an expert at anything requires 10,000 hours of work in that field . Being a Colorado wedding and commercial photographer for 15 years , im am confident that i have met that goal in this field. My newest goal, is to become a respected artist in the field of painting. It has taken me my whole life to realize that this is my goal. A dream I had as a child , but as many of our dreams overlooked , in order to do the things we are "supposed to be doing" like school , and then college and then some type of respectable job.
