| Introduction | I lost my pride and joy, my 12-year-old son Ahaan and just 3 years later, the love of my life, my husband, Anil too. I wouldn’t let life defeat me or death break me and stood up and fought tooth and nail, little knowing the fight was ‘me’ against ‘me. The ‘real me’ - love, bliss and peace started to slowly surface and the ‘false me’ – guilt, bitterness, hatred and depression stood battered & bruised.
