| Introduction | In most ways I'm must your average 'John', a working stiff in the office during the day trying to balance family, responsibilities and all my hobbies when I'm at home. These hobbies include many outdoor activities but I've found myself spending most of my free time running and keeping fit at the local health club. I'm hoping to devote more free time to trail running and mountain biking over the next several months. I also enjoy following most of the local sports teams, attending concerts, and drinking good beer whenever possible. |
