Esittely	I got a cochlear implant on June 16, 2008. I was born profoundly deaf and wore hearing aids off and on, but never benefited "much" from them. I rediscovered the joy of sound when I was 18 and got a hearing aid. I used it all the time (yes, even in my sleep!!) and really wanted to benefit more from sound, so I became a cyborg March '08. Other than that, I'm an ordinary college student at University of WA, lovin' Seattle, but not always appreciating the rain! Feel free to contact me anytime! I love meeting people :)
