| Introduction | I am about to celebrate 20 years post graduation from high school. I am a wife, and mother of a large blended family. I just transplanted 550 miles away from home, and gained 15 lbs. in the process. I am a former skinny girl, former fat girl, gone fat again. I've dieted, weight watched, diet pilled and all sorts of things. My husband is my best friend, and my motivator. My sister is my inspiration and my hero. My mother is my moral support and always there for me. My children probably feel like they are along for the ride in a very bumpy car sometimes. My hope is; it's character building. |
