Introduction I began writing this blog after reading the memoir of another bloggist, Stephanie Klein. She used blogging to recover from a bad marriage and has written two books! I am not as ambitious, but you never know. To really know about me, of course you should just read the blog. But to begin...I grew up in Southern Maryland, outside of Washington, DC, with the good ole boys. I went to the Community College (everyone from Chuck County has at one time or another) to start my College experience, then University of Maryland in College Park, then after a year doing community service work with abused children, I went to American University Washington College of Law. I write to discover how I feel about everything because it helps me discover what I truly want or at least what I think I want at the time. It also helps me feel and learn that I can survive this world....if only I remember to blog.
Interests twitter, reading, blogging, movie watching, board games, wine, guinness, hiking with Syd, dog training, Fantasy Football, dancing silly, kayaking, loudly singing to songs while in my car or with the Mollykins, Old Town, Georgetown, horseback riding, Netflix, possibly training for a half marathon, twilight, TrueBlood, HotAlex, Hot Eric, Facebook of old and new friends, hanging with people that make me smile.
Favorite Movies Almost too many to mention, but I will do my best: Almost Famous, JFK, Romeo and Juliet, Twilight, Citizen Kane, Harry Potter (all of them), Sex and the City, Dark Night, Goonies, Borat, The Sweetest Thing, Star Wars (the first three), Gone with the Wind, Godfather (1st two), I have to stop.
Favorite Music I am a music idiot, but I know it when I like it. I can never remember who sings what. But I like bands like Radiohead, Cold Play, singers like, Elvis, Jack Johnson, and music from movies and the 80's and 90's.
Favorite Books I love Stephanie Klein's memoirs, Straight Up and Dirt and Moose, the Harry Potter Series, Twilight, Sookie Stackhouse series, Hunger Games, silly law/thriller books from Grisham and others, and anything given to me to read by someone who knows what they are talking about.

Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?

A banana peel because it actually can be manipulated without having to get your hands all wet,...sticky maybe,...but not wet.
