| Introduction | It is quite tricky to describe oneself because the way you see yourself isn't always how others see you. However, given this opportunity to introduce myself I can say with a certain conviction that I am a, "thinker of thoughts", "eater of cupcakes", "generator of ideas (although not always good ones)", "collector of handbags", "user of words", "seeker of truth", "writer of strategies" and "appreciator of all things beautiful", the rest I'll leave up to you to decide.... However as a mother, daughter, sister, friend and colleague, I am constantly amazed at the beauty, possibility, wisdom and sheer genius that I so often see around me. Communicating that is my passion. I live by the philosophy that we all have a purpose in life and in order to fulfil that purpose, we need to take ownership of our own lives, invest in our uniqueness and focus on "what can be", as opposed to "what has been"! As Marianne Williamson says in her poem: "We are all meant to shine as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us." So, let's shine! |
