| Introduction | I'm nearing 40, married with two kids, and slightly concerned with all the terrible things that happen as we age. I'm at least somewhat interested in living a moderately healthy lifestyle. The part of that involving "healthy diet" is never going to happen, but I am going to do my best to remain pretty active.
