| Introduction | I am the Autoimmune Chick! I have a slew of Autoimmune Diseases. (Celiac, Lupus, Autonomic Neuropathy, Arthritis, CFS, Osteopenia, etc.) This is my journey from barely surviving to thriving. I have just received my diagnoses and am on the path toward healing via eastern and western medicines. I am integrating many tools in my recovery including diet, solid support team, prayer, stretching, meditation, talk therapy, and surrounding myself with positive people and positive energy. I am learning that as we change our thoughts, the world around us also changes and we can achieve anything if we choose to change our mindsets. I plan to be an active participant in life. I don't want to just survive anymore...I want to thrive and love life. I can't wait to dance again soon! |
