| Introduction | I am middle school science teacher who lives in the area of Omaha, Nebraska. I am 50 and looking to find my way back to some level of fitness. Does anyone else feel like they just woke up and suddenly I misplaced 20 years of my live??? Hmmm, but I do recall most sitcoms and other tv shows that I have watched throughout the years. I am trying to get back into running, biking and swimming which ultimately equates to running a triathlon. May of 2011 is my target date, the event is a women's sprint tri held in Omaha. I will try to blog my experiences and hurdles as well as successes at I begin my journey. |
