Introduction	My wife has been struggling with schizoaffective disorder for seven and a half years. She has extreme anxiety, panic attacks, major paranoid delusions, hears voices, has controlling delusional thoughts, and has continuous manic and depressive episodes. She has had times of being high functioning with the right medications. She has had two times that she was relatively ok for about ten months each time. Each time her meds seemed to just stop working right. We are both still hoping for a full recovery.
