Introduction	Like a sunflower, I find myself turning towards the light wherever I encounter it. This force is what animates me. Like a sunflower with legs and hand and eyes, I sometimes actively pursue it, and share the experiences.
Interests	Mind-body interactions. Nature, particularly forests and native plants, mind-nature interactions. All the arts, especially in forms that support the above. Human potential, psychology, transformation. Shadows, and light, in all forms literal and figurative.
