Introduction I am an evolutionary ecologist and cave biologist who studies the evolutionary biology, ecology and conservation of subterranean organisms. I have a B.S. and M.S. from Middle Tennessee State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee. Since 2011, I have been a Gaylord Donnelley Environmental Fellow at Yale University. When not studying cave life, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend Denise, fantasy football, and watching Indiana Hoosiers basketball.
