| Introduction | Counting Blessings is an attempt to capture in words, and sometimes other things, the quite incredible ways I believe God is at work in my life. I need somewhere to thrash out the confusions I have as I try to live a life out of faith, as a partner, a trainee therapist, a member of a thriving Christian community, a recovering addict, and all the other things that I "am", second to being a very blessed although mightily flawed child of God. The URL is inspired by a line in the beautiful song "Calling All Angels" by Jane Siberry (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tatx5-Eskc4) - better if you listen than I try to explain why that line in particular. |
