Introduction General Teaching Philosophy In all of my endeavors, I strive to put the student first by providing a profession, caring and comfortable environment. I am a big fan of videos and streaming. I have written several published articles on TQM as well as working with some of Deming’s’ colleagues. I usually post a small biography of myself relating to my backgrounds in history, education, chemistry and genealogy. One of the most important things is the introductory discussion board where I can discover the interests and background of each student and the students can form a cooperative synergy. I, like several of my teaching colleagues, ask students to create a personal moodboard. By utilizing this process, I can incorporate items of interest to each student in my course lectures and activities. I also believe in sending personal e-mails to students who seem to be having problems. I utilize various new teaching methodologies including: Affective/Effective Performance, Inverted Classroom, Case Study Performance, Social Media Gratification, and Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Lessons. I do, however, still use Blooms Taxonomy, Behavior Objectives and as noted TQM.
