Introduction | My name is David John Correia. I was taught by the well-penned Nuns of the Sisters of Nazarene. From there Brockton High Teacher/Mentor John A Connolly, Jr. directed the development of my writing voice. At Boston University, Elie Weisel, noted Holocaust Survivor, and Howard Zinn, author of A People's History of the United States and Poliscience Professor finished me up purty. I have a good sense of my Cabo Verdean American heritage and speak four-plus languages plus write in my favorite accent, the Bahstinese axxent. |
