| Introduction | Having spent the childhood in villages very close to forests at the districts of Purulia, a remote place of West Bengal, the love for nature and wildlife started growing inside me unnoticed. I realized it when I moved to a city to pursue higher studies in Engineering. Although I somehow made myself acclimatized to the needs of a city-life after some painful years of learning, I am still not at ease or 'at home' with it. The the un-fulfillment pulls me to near raw nature whenever it can. The love for photography and travelling are only an extensions of that desire of my soul. A desire which brings me where I can be myself. I never thought that I would ever write or share. It is only due to cajoling of a friend, I am here. All said and done, I think I am going to enjoy my stay here. After all a little joy is multiplied in sharing! |
