Introduction	Back when i was a starting QA I didn't really know what quality was. At first it was shipping code with few bugs and then as I gained experience the concept of usability entered into it in a pretty big way. These days it's those things for sure but it's much much more. Quality is about doing things right, repeatably in all facets of your process and organization each and every day. Quality really is as quality does.
