| Introduction | Richard Turner was born near Toronto in 1968 and emigrated to the UK in his teens. He graduated with a BSc and PhD in Geology and Geophysics from the University of London in 1993. He worked in the international petroleum industry and business consultancy until his appointment as Professor of Geology at Cymru University in 2010. He is married and has two children. |
